DPD Home Delivery

DPD delivers parcels from Europe right to your own door.
 
Your parcel will be generally delivered to the address given by the sender between 08:00 and 16:00 or in some areas later in the evening. The service does not include automatic arrival notification but the driver may contact you for the door access code, for example.

If you are not present when the driver arrives, an arrival notification will be left for you. The notification includes instructions on how to rearrange a delivery:
 

 

While doing this, you can also choose to authorise us to leave the parcel in a place of your choice, without proof of delivery. If you do not contact us to rearrange a delivery, the parcel will automatically be returned to the sender after 7 days have elapsed.

Track the progress of your parcel with the DPD tracking ID you receive from the sender, by using the DPD Delivery Tracking -tool.

Note: If you have any questions relating to the content of your DPD parcel, order amendments or complaints, you should always contact the company that sent the goods. There is no automatic right to return DPD parcels after they have been delivered to the recipient.
